Dori brings 26+ years of global finance leadership, including PwC audit management, global accounting operations, and large-scale ERP and Shared Services transformations across 28 global locations.
Her work unifies rigorous enterprise finance with systemic organisational practice to solve complex operational challenges. Financial architecture, governance and reliable information establish the structure; relationships, leadership behaviour and clear responsibility determine how that structure works in practice.
Experience in complex corporate environments revealed how operational bottlenecks, capacity exhaustion and relational friction can persist even when the process looks sound. At LYRA, Dori brings these two perspectives together to help businesses grow without depending on constant intervention from their founder or leadership team.
